Policies and Procedures:
1. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment or delivery.
2. We accept pay-pal secured site, checks or money orders mailed to Cyndee Iniguez. Please allow personal checks to clear before items are shipped. There is a check return policy of $25 per cancelled check. If you don't have or don't wish to use pay-pal and would like to pay by credit card please contact us.
3. Sales Tax - Illinois residents are subject to 6.50% tax.
4. Shipping - We will ship on Tuesdays and Fridays for all in stock items by UPS or USPS. Local customers also have the option of picking up orders.
Rates: Based on weight of order. Insurance: (Strongly recommended) $ 0- 50- add $1.35 $51-100- add $2.30 $101-200- add $3.35
5. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!!: We inspect all items before the items are shipped. If there is a problem upon delivery please contact us and we will work with you to get the problem corrected. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 7 days and return the (unused) product in original packaging, for a full refund or exchange.
